Roberta Whitney Morin was born on November 20, 1986 in Meadow Lake, SK to Raymond Weeseekase and Victoria Morin and passed away on March 21, 2008 in Saskatoon, SK.
Roberta lived in Meadow Lake until she was 14 years old and then moved to Saskatoon where she attended Nutana and Joe Duquette High Schools, she completed most of her Grade 12.
In 2003 Roberta met her common law husband, Darcy, and they had a son, Darcy Jr., on October 24, 2004. Her husband and son were the most important and loved people in her life until Darcy Sr.'s untimely passing on February 22, 2008.
Roberta was an extremely loving parent, wife, daughter, niece, aunt, cousin and friend. She was loved and cherished by all that knew her.
She is predeceased by: her common law husband, Darcy Lee Baker on February 22, 2008; her grandparents, Jeremy Morin, Celeste Durocher and Margaret Weeseekase; her uncles, Michael Cheenanow, Walter Morin, Walter Weeseekase, and Wilson Weeseekase; her aunt, Mary Jane Weeseekase; her cousins, Michael Cheenanow and John Cheenanow; and her nephew Kolton King Weeseekase.
Roberta leaves to mourn her passing: her son, Darcy Lee Baker Jr.; her mother, Victoria Morin (Marvin Luciano); her father, Raymond Weeseekase; her brothers, Robert Lee (Brandy) Morin, Winston (Melissa) Morin, William Morin and Robert Wilson; her sisters, Laurie Morin, Krystal Gower and Kristina Wilson; her uncles, Billy Morin, Robert Durocher, Burton Lewis, Boyd Weeseekase, Buddy Weeseekase, Doug Cheenanow and Morley Weeseekase; her aunts, Lorraine Lewis and Michelle Clarke; her grandfather, Bill Skenum; her great aunts, Irene Skenum, Josephine Alcrow and Hariette Weeseekase.
