Malcolm Morningchild Obituary

Malcolm James Stuart Morningchild, known as Napew by his family and friends, and Napew75 (Nah-Poo) by his friends online.  Malcolm was a loving son, brother, father, uncle, and mosom.  He remained friendly, caring, kind and down to earth.  He greeted others with smiles, and brought joy wherever he went.  He was an avid gamer the majority of his life, and always shared his "tips and tricks" with family and friends.

That is the kind of man he was, and he did it effortlessly.

Malcolm will be missed by: his mother, Sheila (Philip) Mitsuing; his siblings, Calvin (Reinetta) Morningchild, Jessica Morningchild, Leila (Rolan) Lewis, Morris (Heather) Lewis, Mitch Lewis, Joleen Lewis, Leroy Sandfly, Johnaton Benson, Arron Benson, Brent Martin, and Evan Kahpoonapit; his children, Jaylene (Clayton) Littlewolfe, Summer (Ajin) Morningchild, Caleb Morningchild, and Akima McFeeters; his grandson, Mosum Jecht Morningchild, and his granddaughter, kokum, Tegan Morningchild; his step-sisters, Angel Whitehead, Rebecca Lasas, and Leslie Mitsuing; and his step-brothers, Neil Pahtayken, Courtney Mitsuing.  He also leaves numerous uncles, aunties, nieces, nephews, and relatives.

You always told me that life is too short to worry or be angry, that I should enjoy the time I was given on this earth.  You taught me to love God and appreciate his blessings.  Thank you for making me all that I am.  I love you and I will miss you every day until we meet again.  ~Jay~

I love my father, Malcolm, and it truly saddens me that he can no longer be with  us.  God's love has kept our family whole and together through all kinds of adversity.  I believe that God's love shall inevitably prevail, even during the darkest of times.  I know that strengthening our bond with God and keeping him within our hearts, will guide and unite us all in Heaven.  Until my last breath I will cherish and honour our memories.   ~Summer~

I love you Daddy, we miss you.  ~Akima~
