Our father, uncle, grandfather and great-grandfather Lorne Roland Crookedneck was born in Ministikwan to James Crookedneck and Elizabeth Trottier on February 1, 1940. He was a hard working man from a young age working for farmers near and far. He was known by many people and family and his favorite phrase was " Your talking for no reason." Roland enjoyed farming, hunting, trapping and fishing. He especially loved his children and grandchildren and enjoyed gatherings with his family, friends and grandchildren.
Lorne was predeceased by: his loving wife, Virginia Harriet Crookedneck; his children, Norma, Emily and Merlin Crookedneck; his grandchildren, Keeley,
Chad, Lawrence, Della and Natalie Crookedneck and Tashia Lewis; his parents, James and Elizabeth Crookedneck; his brothers, Gordon, Philip, Charlie and Gabe; and his sisters, Elise Stick and Adeline Crookedneck.
He is survived by: his children, Raymond, Elizabeth (Frank), Delmar, Caroline (Bruce), and Irene (Andrew); his sisters, Dorothy and Bernice; his brother, Ernest; 26 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and family.
