Lois Bernadine (Kahmahkotayo) Lins

Lois (Kahmahkotayo) Lins came into this world on May 8, 1980. She was the oldest child of Brenda Kahmahkotayo and Willie Harper. She always loved life as she truly lived it to the fullest. Lois was so intelligent and once she had her mind set to do something, she made it happen. Growing up, she was always there for her family and friends.
In high school, she met the love of her life, Calvin Lins. On December 1, 1997 she was blessed with a baby boy whom she named Jeremy. She married her high school sweetheart Calvin on September19, 1998 and thus began their life as a family of 3. In 25 years, Lois and Calvin built their empire. She was a devoted wife, mother, daughter and sibling. Lois will be dearly missed by her family as she was their rock. She was over the moon to become a grandmother. On January 3, 2021, Jeremy and Shyndal blessed Lois's world with her dear Sophie. Sophie was Lois's pride and joy. She loved being a Nohkom. Her one wish is that she is kept alive through stories for Sophie.
Lois made everyone she met feel welcomed and loved. She was the type of person who connected on a deeper level with everyone she met. She had a way of making everyone feel special. That was just her nature. She will be remembered as being joyful, happy, engaging, connected, selfless and smiling. 
Lois leaves to mourn; the love of her life Calvin; Her son Jeremy and daughter-in-law Shyndal, her beautiful granddaughter Sophie. Her parents Brenda and Willie, her siblings Vince (Shannon), Starboy, Pacen, Ayla, Deklan, Aleena, Arlyn, (Melissa) and Ethan, Aliyah (Jarvis) and Alani. Her sweet nieces Sasha and Remara, and close cousin Carol. Her mother-in-law Albertine, her brother-in-laws Tony (Carrie), Gordon, Kevin (Fenessa) and all her numerous aunties, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends that she made throughout all of the endeavors in her life, which are too many to count.
She is predeceased by; Father-in-law Leo Lins; maternal grandparents Mary Jane and Horace Kahmahkotayo, paternal grandparents Alex and Louise Harper. Maternal uncles Merlin Kahm, Paul Kahm, John Wayne Kahm. Cousins Honey Davies, Brooklyn Kahm and Tristen Wolfe and her niece Emma Kennedy. Paternal uncle Gerald Harper, Lawrence Meesto and cousins Tyrone Harper and Michael Harper.
