Kenny is predeceased by: his parents, Sydney and Josephine Frank; his loving wife, Wilma Checkosis; his sisters, Victoria Frank, Marilyn "Ruby" White, Nancy Frank-Okanee, and Evelyn Frank-Meetoos.
He is survived by: his loving son, Chester Whitehawk; daughter, Kendra Frank; special grandchildren, Navarro Weenie, Autumn Lilly Gladue and Fabian Jr. Gladue; his brothers, David Kahmahkotayo, Glen Frank, Orville Frank, Timothy Frank, Michael Frank and Vernon Frank; his sisters, Gladys Boysis, Patricia Frank-Badger; and numerous other relatives.
