Gale Beverly Scobie

    Gale Beverly McGowan was born to Harry and Alice McGowan on March 31, 1943 in Kelfield,SK.  Gale married Alex Kaplar and they lived in Biggar.  They had twins, which sadly passed right after their birth, and then had two more children, Ken and Sandra.  Gale later married Carvel Scobie and was with him until his passing.  She met Bernard Trahan and they resided together until her passing on September 9, 2022.
     She is predeceased by:  her twin boys, Don and Dean; her parents, Alice and Harry McGowan; her brother, Bob; her nephew, Michael McGowan; her husband, Carvel Scobie; and her daughter-in-law, Donna Coombs.
Gale is survived by: her partner, Bernard Trahan; her son, Ken; her daughter, Sandra; her granddaughter, Nikol (Nick); her sisters, Lois (Barry) and Gwen (John); her sister-in-law, Lynn McGown; her nieces, Jen, Alicia and Darcy; her nephews, Ryan and Sheldon; her great-grandchildren, Dominik and Jace; and her extended family and many friends.
