Frank was born in Loon Lake, SK on September 4, 1938 to Frank Hutter Sr. and Rosalia Hutter. The first fifty-five years he lived on the farm one mile south of Goodsoil. He married Carolina Yamiolkowski in April, 1994, and became a husband, father and grandfather all on the same day. After he and Carolina were married, they lived at
Ministikwan Lake where Carolina owned a house. They farmed until 1997, when they had an auction sale and sold all of their farm equipment and retired. They lived at Ministikwan Lake until 2009, when they sold the house and moved into a new home in St. Walburg. They enjoyed living in St. Walburg and Osoyoos, where they spent the winter months.
Frank is survived by: his wife, Carolina; his brother, Richard; his sister, Joan (Alex); his step-daughters, Cynthia (Mark) Savage and their son, Kiefer Savage (Asyah), and Marliss (Rob) Yanchuk and their son Tyler Yamiolkowski (Brianne); his step-granddaughter, Rayla Yanchuk (Raymond); and all of his nieces and nephews.
