Elmer John Peterson

Elmer John Peterson was born to Louis and Edith Peterson on May 30, 1945 in Paradise Hill, SK.  He passed away on August 26th, 2021 at the Turtleford Long Term Care Home with family at his side.  

Elmer was predeceased by: his parents, Louis and Edith Peterson; his brothers, James and Danny; his sister, Margaret Gingell; his brothers-in-law, Garry Mowery, Walter Gingell, Archie Harder, Ian Schierbeck, and Wayde Henning; his sister-in-law, Donna Shierbeck; several nieces; and a nephew.

He leaves to mourn his passing: his loving wife, Alice; his sons, Michael John, and James Louis; his brothers, Archie (Alice), and Bill (Karen); his sisters, Mary (Doug) Warner, Ethel Peterson, Pat Mowery, and Linda (Raymond) Seguin; his sisters-in-law, Janice Peterson, Verna Henning, and Linda (Bruno) Witzke; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

There will be a small private ceremony at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Elmer may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the Riverside Health Complex Long Term Care in Turtleford, SK.
