Donald Gordon Okanee

Donald Gordon Okanee was born on June 13, 1951 on central Thunderchild to Donald Angus and Louisa Okanee.  He was a hardworking father and had a heart of gold.  He was known as 'Sakow' by his family and friends, and was the last remaining member of the Sakow family. Donald held his "Nootsim babies" ever so close to his heart.  He was a very funny man and loved to joke with and pull pranks on everyone.  He was loved by many.
     
He is survived by: his wonderful wife of 35 years, Connie Semaganis; his children, Breanne, Donnie, and Bryce; his beloved grandchildren, Taylee, Kris, Mia, Wendel man, Aaliyah, and Kendyl; his brothers, Dennis, Kenny, and Larry; his sister, Yvonne; and many more family members.
     
He was predeceased by: his father, Donald Alexander Angus; his mother Louisa Okanee; and his brothers, Jim and Leonard.
