Dedrick Stick Obituary

Dedrick William James Stick was born on October 17th, 1991 in Loon Lake, Saskatchewan to Mabel Angus and Derrik Stick. He was truly their pride and joy. He was also a wild child, free spirited, adventurous, and courageous warrior. You could never tell him he couldn't do anything because he would just dare you he could and would do it. He had a passion for hunting, singing and being oskapew at ceremony, and making songs for round dance & pow wow. He enjoyed golfing, building homes, fighting fires, and Indian relay. He was really the jack of all trades and was even a self taugh mechanic. Some would even say he was an unpaid comedian because his sense of humor was one in a million. He loved to make people laugh and share that medicine with all his friends and family. But, more than anything he loved his family he and Raquel begain in 2016 after meeting at a round dance in 2014. He absolutely loved and adored their babies with his whole being. He often said how much he loved them. He was such a people person and made so many lasting friendships along his journey. He will be immensely missed by all who loved and cherished him.

Dedrick was predeceased by his paternal grandparents William and Elise Stick, brother Matthew Thomas, auntie Doreen (Stick) Dillion, cousins: Faith Dillion, Marcis Dillion, niece's Gina Chief, Karlee Singer and other relatives. Maternal grandparents Rose Angus and Moses Roller. Uncle Johnny Angus, cousin's Alicia Angus, Tanisha Kytwayhat, Jaylynn Angus, Robert Weasel, Trent Weasel, Nolan McNab, and Alberta Rose Angus.
