Christopher Jordon Starr, beloved son, brother, and grandson, departed from this world on April 11, 2024. He leaves behind a grieving family who cherished him deeply. Christopher's passing is mourned by his devoted mother, Jackie, and his father, Robert Fincati, whose hearts are heavy with loss. He was a loving elder brother to Douglas, his cherished baby brother, and a source of joy to his grandparents, Doug and Liza Starr, and Fran and Gerry Fincati. Christopher's life was marked by academic excellence and a thirst for adventure. He achieved a milestone by graduating from Columbia University with a Master's Degree, a testament to his dedication and intelligence. Beyond his academic pursuits, Christopher's spirit thrived in exploration. His passion for travel took him to far corners of the globe, where he immersed himself in diverse cultures. Notably, he journeyed to India, where his altruistic nature shone through as he contributed to the construction of a shrine at a temple, leaving a lasting impact on the community he touched. Christopher embraced his traditional cultural upbringing with reverence and pride, finding solace and connection in his heritage. He actively participated in Sundances, honoring his roots and fostering a deep sense of community and spirituality. His commitment to preserving and celebrating his cultural traditions enriched his life and the lives of those around him. In his departure, Christopher leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and intellectual curiosity. He will be dearly missed by all who were fortunate enough to know him.
Christopher leaves to mourn in his passing, his mother Jackie; his brother, Douglas; father, Robert Fincati; his grandparents, Doug & Eliza Starr; cousin brothers, Cordell, Swade, Kyle, Tyler, Darcy, Baby C; cousin sisters, Chasity, Tani-Raye, Katie, Tenneil, Deanna, Sherry, Josie, Ivanna, Liz, Baby C; uncles & aunties, Betty Anne, Gill (Hazen), Verna, Loretta (Ivan).
He is predeceased by his sister Nicole; Kenneth, Donna, Carol, Raymond, Darin; nephews & nieces, Verna-Jo, Dana, Lian and Derek; and cousin Christian.
Cousin brother's Christopher and Christian left together for the spirit world on April 11, 2024.
