Wesley Gordon Trefiak was born on Juy 2, 1959. His parents were Walter and Elvera, and his big sister was Judy. He was a hard worker right from the minute he was born because he was born six weeks premature. He spent his entire life in Paradise Hill. He raised his family, ran the family farm after his father passed away in 2006, and also ran a successful business, the Meat House, for the past 40 years. Wesley enjoyed farming, horses, and riding around on his new quad checking the fields. He also loved sports. His favourite teams were the Edmonton Oilers and the Toronto Blue Jays. Most of all he loved his children and granddaughter and loved being present with anything they were doing. Wesley passed away at home, surrounded by his family.
Wesley was predeceased by: his father, Walter; his daughter, Kelsey Yvonne; and his sister, Judy Johnson.
Wesley is survived by: his wife of 34 years, Crystel; his children, Steven, Brent (Lisa), Savannah and his granddaughter, Abigail Kelsey; his mother, Elvera; his father-in-law, Jake (Fran); his brothers-in-law, Stan Johnson, Jeff (Sandi) Matthiesen and Michael (Deanna) Derbyshire; his sister-in-law, Michele Derbyshire; his nephews, Michael, Chris, Thomas,Justin, Ryan and Scott; his nieces, Laureen, Nicole and Linda Lee; and his many aunts, uncles and cousins.
