Margaret Sara-Jane Korba was born to the Roy and Eva on February 3, 1937 in Camp Creek, Alberta. Eva later went on to marry Les Kennett, who became a step-dad to Margaret and a grandpa to her children. On January 4, 1957 Margaret married the late Peter Korba and they had 5 children. Margaret’s favorite activities were going outside to enjoy the beautiful weather and flowers, gardening, playing cards, playing bingo, going on outings and visiting with family and friends.
Margaret is survived by: her children, Janice (Myles, Charlotte "Rocky", Cody and Stacy), Lorna (Lori-Ann and Ryan), Doris (Jason) and Evelyn (Ashley, David and Adam), her late son, Russell's, children (Michael, Marty, Carolyn, Russell, Myron and Marsha); her brother, Billy (Doris) Sinclair; ; and her sisters, Cathy (Don) Sinclair, and Elsie (Clive) Bredeson; and a multitude of great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
She is predeceased by: her son, Russell; her parents, Roy and Eva; her step-dad, Les; her two brothers, Howard and Harold Edes; her sons-in-law, Raymond Sauvie, and George Petch; and her special friend, Alfred Typhair.
Margaret passed away peacefully in St.Walburg, Saskatchewan surrounded by family on Monday September 30, 2019 at the age of 82.
