Ata-Honorine Maryann Tootoosis-Mitsuing was raised by her grandparents, Betty (Mom) Mitsuing and moshom John Moocheweines since she was 7 months old. Ata-Honorine loved dancing powwow, round dancing, singing, sewing, beading, and baking. Her favorite sports were soccer and volleyball. She had a generous sense of humour and she touched a lot of hearts and made everyone smile. Ata enjoyed taking part in many community events and also loved to give an extra hand to those in need. She enjoyed teasing all of her grandmothers, aunties and uncles.
She is predeceased by: her great grandfathers, Leo Mitsuing (1979) and Eli Bear; her great grandmothers, Maryann Mitsuing (2004) , and Jenny Tootoosis; and her paternal grandmother, Darlene Bear.
Ata-Honorine is survived by: her mother, Becky Mitsuing; her father, Quentin Tootoosis; her sisters, Keosha Mitsuing, Aleria-Lou Whitstone, Tess Tootoosis, and Gracelyn Tootoosis; her brothers, Garren Tootoosis, Kohlsin Mitsuing, Jake Tootoosis, and Cooper Tootoosis; her grandparents, Betty Mistuing , John Moocheweines, and Jerome Tootoosis; her great-grandmother, Nora Bear; and numerous aunties, uncles, cousins , nieces and friends.
