Allen Frederickson George

  Allen Fredrickson George was born on March 22nd, 1930, in Turtleford, Saskatchewan. On November 22nd, 1954 he married Myrna Olive Nelson in Battleford, Saskatchewan. Allen worked multiple jobs throughout his life, he farmed every avenue including cattle farming, grain farming, hog farming, and he also commercial fished. In the later years he moved on to providing septic service and water well/sandpoint service, which is what he loved the most because that’s where the people were. Allen and Myrna raised three children, Bruce, Brenda, and Becky on their family farm South-West of Brightsand Lake. Allen stayed strong until the very end, before passing away peacefully surrounded by his family in the Turtleford Hospital. 
     He is predeceased by:  his mother and father; his grandson, Dustin Gervais (2013);  his brother, Lawrence George (2009); and his nephew, Calvin George (1981).
   Left to cherish his memory are: his wife, Myrna; his children, Bruce (Linda) George, Brenda (Gene) Gervais, and  Becky  (Ed) Winiewski; his grandchildren, Terence (Whitney) George, Desiree (Kris) Stacey, Danielle George, Garnett (Destin) Gervais, Gabrielle (Donovan) Gervais, Jade Gervais, Danielle Gervais, Nicholas Winiewski, Lucas(Wendy) Winiewski, and Josh (Mel) Winiewski; his great- grandchildren, Harlow Gervais, Krew Gervais, Eloise Gervais, Adalyn George, Rylen George, Wyatt Winiewski,  Aeralyn Winiewski, and  Brielle Winiewski; his siblings Charles George, Donna Hall, Bertha (Ted) Otteson; and numerous nieces and nephews.
